Pride Royal Oak makes no representation or guarantees towards actual festival attendance.

All participants understand that Pride Royal Oak has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, alter or interrupt the festival weekend, and that Pride Royal Oak is not responsible for any losses that could arise because of such event. Pride Royal Oak does not refund fees due to weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention. 

Announcements regarding cancellation of any event will be made online at PrideRoyalOak.com a minimum of two hours prior to the event start time.

Due to the nonprofit nature of the event, all refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be dependent on extenuating circumstances.
